We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. For recurring trips like dialysis, we can set up a standing schedule. Same-day rides may be available — call us directly.
Do you accept Medicaid or insurance?

What if my appointment runs long?
No problem. Let your driver know, and we'll do our best to accommodate. We track your appointment and adjust pickup times when possible.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes — in most cases a companion or caregiver can accompany the patient at no additional charge. Please mention this when booking.
Do you provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Yes. We have wheelchair-accessible vehicles available. Please indicate your wheelchair needs when scheduling so we can send the right vehicle.
